Terms of Service

Mockery is a practice and educational tool. It is designed for preparation before an interview, not undisclosed assistance during a live interview, assessment, examination, or hiring process.

Scores and feedback are automated estimates based primarily on answer transcripts. They are not hiring decisions, employment guarantees, professional certifications, or promises of interview success.

You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, and activity performed through your account. One account is intended for one person.

You may not automate requests, resell access, share paid credentials, bypass interview limits, probe private reports, submit malicious content, disrupt the service, or use Mockery to violate another organization's rules or applicable law.

A new eligible account receives one complete scored interview. Mockery may use account and one-way IP-derived abuse signals to prevent repeated free claims. The public one-question demo remains available without an account.

An interview credit is consumed when Mockery successfully generates a full interview session. If generation fails before a session is created, the credit is restored automatically. Abandoning a successfully generated session does not restore the credit.

Paid offers are finite, one-time interview passes, not recurring subscriptions. Mockery does not automatically renew or automatically charge you again.

Each pass states its price, interview-credit limit, and validity period before checkout. Validity starts when payment is verified. Unused credits expire at the end of that period. Buying another pass creates an additional finite allowance; it does not create an automatic renewal.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. You authorize the displayed one-time amount when you approve checkout. Taxes, if applicable, will be shown or included as required.

For duplicate charges, failed access activation, or a pass that has not been used, contact [email protected] within 7 days of payment with the payment identifier. Refunds are reviewed to the original payment method. Used interview credits and expired passes are generally non-refundable, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Generated questions and feedback can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular employer. Verify important technical guidance independently and do not include confidential employer, client, source-code, health, financial, or identity information in an answer.

Resume-based personalization depends on the accuracy and readability of the document you provide. Do not upload confidential employer or client information. Mockery may combine resume-grounded questions with role fundamentals and does not guarantee that every question will refer to the resume.

We may change models, questions, features, limits, or availability to maintain safety, quality, and cost control. If a paid service interruption materially prevents use of an active pass, contact support so we can review an extension or remedy.

You retain ownership of the answer and resume content you provide. You grant Mockery a limited right to process that content only to operate, secure, personalize, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

By starting microphone capture, you confirm that you are permitted to record your own speech and understand that browser speech services may process audio. Mockery stores full-interview transcripts and feedback, not raw microphone audio.

We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, security threats, payment reversal, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using Mockery or delete your account at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Mockery is provided on an as-available basis and is not liable for hiring outcomes, lost opportunities, indirect loss, or decisions made from automated feedback. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
